We strive for accuracy in our product images. However, due to the unique nature of our gemstones, slight variations in colour may occur. Device display settings may also affect image appearance. You can view items in different sizes by clicking on the images. Despite our best efforts, monitor resolutions and settings may alter the appearance of jewelry sizes.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

Prices are available in multiple currencies, including Swiss Franc (CHF). Prices may fluctuate due to exchange rate variations. Displayed prices are final and include VAT where applicable. While we aim for accuracy, typographical errors may occur. SaliCity Jewels reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders resulting from inaccurate pricing.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed only at SaliCity Jewels and can be used once per transaction. They can be used on sale items but cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Gift cards are only valid for SaliCity Jewels items and cannot be used for branded jewelry or order upgrades.

6. Delivery Timescales

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within the guaranteed delivery timeframe. Orders are dispatched by Swiss Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or DPD, with usual delivery times of one business day for Switzerland and three business days for international orders. An automatic email with tracking details will be sent upon dispatch.

7. Insurance & Security Policy

All shipments are fully insured and traceable. Orders must be signed for upon delivery. We use SSL security for online transactions and do not store credit card details. For security, we recommend registering your alternate shipping address with your credit card company.

8. International Orders

We deliver worldwide but may refuse orders to high-risk countries or addresses. We may request proof of card ownership for security reasons. All information received will be treated confidentially.

9. Alternative Delivery Addresses

Orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. For security, we recommend registering the alternate address with your credit card company.

10. Ethical Policy

All materials and/or precious metals (zircon, silver, gold, diamonds, and any gemstones) are sourced ethically. We do not buy, sell, or distribute conflict diamonds.
